Production offices
Charging policy is based on room size:
| Small | 1-2 people | approx 45m² (150sq ft) | £75/wk |
| Medium | 3-5 people | approx 75 – 90m² (200-300sq ft) | £200/wk |
| Large | 4-7 people | approx 90 – 150m² (300 – 500 sq ft) | £300/wk |
The 1st floor at #81 is arranged as a production suite with 3 small, 3 medium and 2 large offices plus kitchen, toilets and photocopy/stationery room. The cost is discounted to £1,250/week for the entire suite under single occupation. This is inclusive of rent, rates, heating & electricity, cleaning, photocopier hire, telephone system, water cooler and wireless Broadband. The only other charges are for consumables:
- 1.5p/copy (b&w) to cover photocopier maintenance and toner
- Phone calls at cost price plus £3/extn/wk
The 2nd floor at #81 has a further 10 offices of various sizes.
The adjoining building, # 71, has a large open plan and 6 separate offices covering a total of 1400m² (4500sq ft). This provides over 50 workstations with all the above facilities at a desk price from as low as £50per week.
Workshops
The workshop is divided into secure, caged areas. There are 2 carpenters workshops of 230m² (2500sq ft) costing £250/wk each and a prop store room of 465m² (5000sq ft) costing £500/wk. These areas can be re-configured.
Studio
Studio 81 is 70m x 21m = 1470m² (130ft x 70ft = 16000 sq ft). It has a working height of 5.2m (17ft), large dock doors and considerable parking space at the rear. The cost is £2,500 per week or £10,000pcm inclusive with electricity (Two X 250amp 3-phase supplies) at cost.
Parking
Parking space is available at the Old Bus Depot on adjacent to the Studios on a contract basis at just £15/bay/week.
The use of this as a Unit Base is charged at £200/day.
Meeting Rooms
A variety of rooms are available for meetings, auditions, rehearsals etc at £100/day, £50/half day or £15 per hour.
